ZvýťenĂĄ cĂŠvnĂ tuhost je nezĂĄvislĂ˝ rizikovĂ˝ prediktor kardiovaskulĂĄrnĂch onemocnÄnĂ. MÄĹenĂ tohoto paramet- ru v klinickĂŠ praxi souÄasnosti zaujĂmĂĄ kontroverznĂ mĂsto. AutoĹi ÄlĂĄnku poskytujĂ pĹehled dosavadnĂch metod, kterĂ˝mi mĹŻĹžeme tuhost, ale i dalĹĄĂ hemodynamickĂŠ parametry, jako centrĂĄlnĂ aortĂĄlnĂ tlak a augmentaÄnĂ index, neinvazivnÄ mÄĹit.
